How to Configure Custom Paper Sizes Using the Microsoft Print Drivers
There are many types of custom paper, including different sizes, widths and types of paper stocks. The software of the printer will adjust the settings so that you print a document using customized paper. To alter the size of your document, first make sure that the document is printed in full color. Then, open the properties panel of your printer and choose “Settings”. You’ll find a range of options for setting on the General tab.
General. This is the method you’ll use to change your document’s settings. The [height] setting should be equal to or larger than the[width setting.|The [height] setting must not be smaller than the width setting.} You can choose the custom paper sizes that you want in the [ Output Size or [ Page Layout] sections. The default setting for the output and final dimensions is to the standard page width as well as height.
The Control Panel. The location of this is usually on the left hand side of the printer. It is usually located in the “Printers” category. To modify your custom paper sizes go to the “Control Panel” and click “Settings.” These are the customizing options that are available in this section:

These areas can usually be altered by printers. Be aware that some of the latest models can be adjusted to their settings using the “Newest” option in their menus.
Choose the “2 Click” method. To change the settings of your document by using the advanced options of your printer simply click “2 click” and then enter a new value in place of the value you have already entered. For example, if the document was printed in black and white, you would enter “2 clicks of black” in the second column of the Control Panel window.
Use the new size option. Click “New” to alter the settings of your document. Then, enter a new value in its place. For example, if the document was printed in black and white, you would enter “2 clicks of black” in the second section of the Control Panel window. You can also select the “New” option to change the color of your text boxes.
o Choose driver. To change the custom paper sizes in your printer, choose the appropriate driver from the device manager. To find the correct driver for your printer model, go to the website of the manufacturer. Once you’ve identified the correct driver, click the “Change” tab on the control panel for drivers and then click ” Recalculate sizes of paper” to select the new value.
o Type a name in the field. Click “enter” to change the name of your document. Then, enter the new name in its place. When you save your document, the name field will be required. To combine multiple versions of the same document, click “ok” and then click “file”.

Continue the process for additional custom sizes of registered custom papers. The steps above are generally applicable to most commonly used printers. If your printer isn’t compatible with the latest page sizes, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or the provider of the software. They’ll usually help you in implementing the new page setup.
